Our first birthday party was so much fun. Will was a little overwhelmed with all of the people. Combine that with a not-so-great nap before the party and he seemed a little dazed - but he had a great time. A great time except with the cake! I knew he wasn't going to like his birthday cake. I knew it! Oh well. I'm sure he'll make up for it in the years to come.
My parents were nice enough to let us use their home as party central. Thank you to them and to all of our friends and family who made a special trip to celebrate with us. We really do appreciate it more than you know.
