Bath Time

Will's favorite part of the day. No matter what kind of mood he's in, you put him in the tub and he's good - more than good, he's great! His new obsession is the faucet and the fact that water comes out of it. He'll hold his hand, his toy, his head under the faucet as long as there's water coming out. When you stop the water, he sticks his finger up there. Maybe trying to find the button that keeps that thing running???

10 Months

I'm a little late on the post... what do you know! 10 Months old - and now about 6 weeks away from his first birthday... hard to imagine. Here's our shot. Again, he was not happy about staying still on his back. I'm going to need help for the next shot.

Snow Day

January 7th... my 30th birthday... yuck! Regardless, it was a snow day, and I LOVE snow days. We didn't get as much as they originally predicted. I'm convinced that all meteorologists are idiots. But, it was pretty and it continued to flurry for the next 2 days... which was fun.

I desperately wanted Will to play in the snow. Then I remembered that he can't yet walk and that crawling in snow would be terrible. Poor thing... so I left him standing in some snow. Keep in mind that he has on soft-soled shoes. He just stood there making this hideous half scream - half whine because it was cold and wet on his feet.

I snapped this photo of the dogs with Will. This is 'the shot' I would die to have for Christmas cards. It will never happen again - I'm sure of it! So this is why I am posting it AND making it my photo header. Because I love it!!! So much that I considered sending out New Year's cards... and then I snapped back to reality.

Christmas!!!

We had a wonderful 2 week break at home over Christmas holidays!

Met up with our close friends to get Our Boys - not to be confused with 'The Boys' - together to exchange Christmas gifts and take pictures. Little pre-party to the adult dinner we had afterward... Thanks to the grandparents for giving us a night out!

Please notice where Will is in this picture! Getting him to stay still is becoming one of the most impossible tasks. He's wild sometimes! Which is why we made a trip to the doctor over the break due to a copper votive to the mouth.
Will LOVES Christmas trees! And Christmas cards. He's going to be very sad when both have to come down in January!

A continuation of the above post. For some reason I can only seem to post 5 pics per post... if anyone has the answer to my problem... please let me know.

Christmas morning was so much fun. Will was a little overwhelmed and for some reason his usual 'paper tearing' skills were not in full effect. So we opened and he played! BaBa gave him this monkey chair for his room. He can't figure out how to get in it himself but he loves to lay on it... it's really soft!

Will was baptized the Sunday after Christmas. Glenda Davis (Ashley's mom) made him the most beautiful gown. I've got to take pictures of him in it - if I can get him to sit still. The pictures below are hopefully a decent representation of Will during the service. He 'talked' the entire time. Waving, clapping and making noises... I knew he would. I swear he is the most vocal 10 month old... wonder who he got that from? I think I know someone else who will talk to a brick wall.
